These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LinkedOutreach website and services ("Service"). By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Not affiliated with LinkedIn. LinkedOutreach is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to LinkedIn Corporation or Microsoft in any way. "LinkedIn" is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation, used here only to describe the platform our profiles operate on.

1. The Service

LinkedOutreach provides warmed, credible LinkedIn profiles that are commissioned and made available for your outreach campaigns. Details such as region, quantity, and profile preferences are agreed with you before we prepare a profile.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all laws that apply to you and your business.

3. Acceptable Use

The Service is intended for legitimate business outreach only. You agree that you will not use the Service, or any profile provided through it, to promote, enable, or carry out:

Gambling, betting, or related promotions
Scams, fraud, "get rich quick", or deceptive schemes
Phishing, credential theft, malware, or other malicious activity
Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging that violates applicable laws or platform rules
Hate speech, harassment, or content that is illegal, adult, or harmful
Impersonation of real individuals or organizations, or any unlawful activity

We do not promote or support any of the above. We may refuse service, suspend, or terminate access immediately if we believe the Service is being used for any prohibited purpose, without refund.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the messages, content, and campaigns you run using any profile. You agree to comply with the terms, policies, and rules of any third-party platform you use, including LinkedIn's own User Agreement.

5. No Guarantees

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific results, reply rates, meetings, uninterrupted availability, or that any third-party platform will not restrict an account. Outreach outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

6. Payment

Fees, billing, and any add-ons are as described at the time of purchase or as agreed with you. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a profile has been commissioned.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkedOutreach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding month.

8. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
